We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager/Title Clerk to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. Job Summary The Title Clerk will be responsible for managing and processing boat title documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and proficiency in office management. Responsibilities Process and manage boat titles, registrations, and all related documentation. Maintain organized files and records related to titles, registrations, and related documentation. Ensure all transactions comply with state and federal regulations. Communicate with customers regarding title inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and assist clients with their needs. Assist with invoicing, customer service, and basic account tasks. Utilize QuickBooks for record keeping and financial transactions associated with titles. Qualifications Previous experience as a clerk or in an office management role is preferred. Knowledge of title and registration processes Strong organizational skills with the ability to file documents systematically. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with QuickBooks is mandatory. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
