Responsibilities:

Process new and used vehicle registrations (in-state and out-of-state) Prepare tax, title, and lien documents for submission to the DMV Verify collected funds and correct lienholder information Maintain accurate records and track outstanding titles Assist with dealer swaps, stock-in paperwork, and certificates of origin Stay up to date with Massachusetts RMV guidelines and compliance

Qualifications:

CVR Certification/Training required Previous experience in a dealership registry or title office required Familiarity with Dealertrack, MA RMV processes, and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Team-oriented with a professional, positive attitude
