We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Assistant to join our administrative team. This role also includes responsibilities supporting our Title Clerk operations, offering a dynamic opportunity to grow within our dealership. Job Description The Office Assistant will support daily administrative operations at the dealership while also assisting with title processing, registration paperwork, and related documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to handle both front-office tasks and behind-the-scenes processing duties. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working with confidential information and supporting multiple departments.

In person Responsibilities Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation Answer phones, greet customers, and provide front desk coverage as needed Assist with handling vehicle title work, including: Preparing and processing title applications for new and used vehicles Submitting title and registration documents to the DMV Tracking title status and following up on missing or incorrect paperwork Verifying that all deal jacket paperwork is complete and compliant Processing lien payoffs and lien releases accurately and in a timely manner Communicate with customers, financial institutions, and DMV offices regarding title and registration status Support accounting staff with invoice processing, payment tracking, and reporting Maintain accurate and organized records for internal auditing Assist with scheduling, supplies management, and office upkeep Provide cross-functional support to other dealership departments as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous office or dealership experience preferred Experience with vehicle title processing or DMV procedures is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documentation Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Join Bill Clough Ford We value employees who take initiative, enjoy learning, and want to grow with our dealership.
