We’re looking for an individual who has worked for a new or used car dealership or the NC DMV Tag and Title office to join our dynamic team in Asheville, NC. This is not a trainee position.
Position Overview:
As a Tag and Title Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our operations by handling; Processing vehicle registrations, titles, and other related paperwork accurately and efficiently. Verifying documentation for completeness and accuracy. Communicating effectively with customers to provide assistance and answer inquiries regarding registration and title-related matters. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of state regulations and vehicle registration and titling procedures. Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer service experience.
Qualifications:
Experience is Required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
