Job Description
Automotive Title Clerk Flow Lexus 805 Jonestown Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 Flow Lexus is seeking a Title Clerk. Dealership experience preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Process state title and registration applications.
- Resolve titling issues as necessary.
- Handle all paperwork related to vehicle titling, including preparing forms, verifying information, and ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure all titling processes adhere to state and federal laws and regulations.
- Assist customers with questions about titles, registrations, and related processes.
- Maintain organized records of title documents and customer transactions.
- Work with Sales and Finance Departments, as well as the Department of Motor Vehicles, to ensure smooth operation of the dealership.
- Prepare and distribute paperwork for out-of-state titles.
