Previous Automotive or DMV Titling Experience Required A leading dealership in the Charlotte market is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to handle vehicle titles, tag applications, and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 - 2 years of experience as a dealership Title Clerk.

Title Clerk:
Process Title paperwork on all vehicles sold both in state and out of state
Communicate with customers and the county clerk’s office on related issues
Maintain strict compliance with all Title laws and filing requirements
Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
Perform general administrative tasks
Other duties may be assigned Requirements•
Title Clerk:
Automotive Title Clerk experience required
CDK experience is a plus!
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Understand deadlines and be able to apply appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
