They will ensure that all warranty claims are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Process warranty claims for Porsche vehicles Communicate with Porsche customers regarding warranty claims Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims Work closely with the service department to resolve warranty-related issues Stay up-to-date on Porsche warranty policies and procedures

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator in an automotive setting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Knowledge of Porsche warranty policies and procedures preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
