Job Description
Virtual Biller Car2sell 449 Us Highway 130, East Windsor, NJ 08520 We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Biller with experience using CDK Drive (or similar DMS platforms) to join our dealership’s business office team. The Virtual Biller will be responsible for digitally processing automotive sales deals from the sales and F&I departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance while optimizing workflow efficiency in a paperless environment.
Essential Functions:
Accurately bill all new and used vehicle deals in CDK Virtual Biller in a timely manner. Review and validate deal jackets for completeness (e.g., purchase agreements, F&I products, trade-in docs). Communicate with sales and finance teams to resolve deal discrepancies or missing documentation. Submit and track contracts, title paperwork, and lender funding status. Post transactions and update accounting records in the DMS.
