TITLE CLERK

for our Latham dealerships! Do you have experience working in a dealership working on completing paperwork related to sales? You will work directly with our sales consultants and F&I Managers to complete deals, stock new cars and trades. This is an integral position requiring attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment. This position will also spend one day per week at BMW of South Albany.

Job Duties:

Prepare tax and title documents Submit all legal transfer documents to the state DMV(s) Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department Match MSO to title paperwork to submit to DMV(s) Prepare and post checks in accounting system Receive plates from DMV and expedite to dealerships/customers Compile weekly title in transit report in Microsoft Excel Light accounting- balancing accounts Professional communication skills Good computer skills Notary or the ability to obtain a Notary Public is a plus Experience with CDK or another automotive software package preferred. Must possess experience in a similar role with an automotive dealership.
