Title Insurance Production Title America Land Services, Inc. Woodbury, NY 11797 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Processor to join our team in the title insurance industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the processing of orders, ensuring that all documentation is accurate. This position requires strong communication and computer skills. Responsibilities Review and prepare title reports with accuracy. Coordinate with attorneys and lenders to gather accurate information to complete title orders. Conduct thorough research on property titles to identify any potential issues or discrepancies. Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the title processing phase, including communication with clients and vendors. Order title surveys and work with surveyors and clients to ensure accuracy. Skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and colleagues professionally. Some knowledge of the title industry and/or real estate.
