The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the examination and analysis of property titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with real estate laws. This position requires strong research skills and a solid understanding of title processing within the context of real estate transactions. The Title Reader will work closely with law offices and clients to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of accuracy in all title-related tasks. Responsibilities Review and analyze property titles to ensure they are clear and marketable. Conduct thorough research using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and other resources to verify property ownership and legal descriptions. Prepare title reports and summaries for clients, highlighting any potential issues or concerns. Collaborate with law offices to resolve title discrepancies or legal questions. Maintain organized records of all title searches, reports, and correspondence. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Stay updated on changes in real estate law and title processing procedures.
