The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. The Billing/Title Clerk is vital role to the dealership’s sales and accounting departments. These key employees are entrusted in maintaining the dealership’s vehicle inventory and keeping the dealership compliant with Federal, State and local laws and regulations.

Primary Responsibilities are as follows:

Verifying all DMV documentation and deal paperwork is filled out properly For out of state transactions, all necessary documents are provided timely to the billing department maintaining inventory and transfers in VERIFI system Stocking in new and used vehicles Preparing and initiating dealer trades and wholesale transactions Ordering plates, supplies Correcting titles, liens Facilitating out of state transactions

Schedule Requirements:

40 hours per week aligned with Sales Department hours.

$25.00 – $29.00 per hour Requirements Proven experience in automotive billing is required. Attention to detail are essential. Proficiency industry practices relevant to the automotive industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare providers. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A commitment to adhering to compliance regulations.
