Summary We are seeking a Title Clerk to join our team at Miller-Hanover. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle title processing tasks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our clients’ needs and enhancing our operational efficiency. Responsibilities Process vehicle title documents accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with PennDOT regulations regarding title processing. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to titles. Conduct research to resolve title issues and discrepancies as they arise. Maintain organized records of all title transactions for auditing purposes. Requirements Experience in vehicle title processing or a related field is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to conduct thorough research and resolve issues effectively. Proficient in using office software and managing documentation. We will train the right candidate!
