Experienced Automotive Title Clerk (Automotive Dealership Exp Required) Union Park Automotive Group, Inc Kennett Square, PA Automotive title processing experience required — applicants without dealership titling experience will not be considered. Union Park Automotive Group, Inc. – Wilmington, Delaware Union Park Automotive Group, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business since 1955. We own and operate automobile sales and service franchises for BMW, Honda, Volvo, Buick GMC, and Jaguar, along with a collision center and auto spa. With a team of 190 employees, we are committed to professionalism, innovation, and continuous improvement in our operations and technology. We are currently seeking a full-time Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Process new and pre-owned title work for Delaware customers via electronic submission
- Process new and pre-owned title work for Out-of-State customers via tag agencies
- Wholesale title completion
- Maintain communication with sales departments regarding deals requiring additional documentation
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus
- Maintain accurate documentation of titling procedures and policies
Requirements:
- Prior title experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
