Our client, a well-established and reputable title company withnational reach, is seeking a Real Estate Title Coordinator to jointheir team in a contract to hire capacity. This is an excitingopportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented titleprofessional who brings experience in commercial real estatetransactions and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facingenvironment.
About you:
3 years of experience in commercial realestate title coordination or settlement support is required forthis role Confident managing multi-site and multi-state commercialtransactions Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel;experience with Title Express and Interwoven/Worksite (or similarsystems) Exceptionally organized with strong follow-up skills andthe ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency andprofessionalism Excellent communicator with experience interfacingdirectly with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders Amotivated team player who thrives under pressure and takesinitiative Notary license is a plus About the job: Review incomingtitle orders, searches, bring-downs, and policies; maintain anddistribute all related documentation Coordinate with keystakeholders to obtain necessary pre-closing clearance itemsPrepare title policies and endorsements Compile and organizeclosing documents, draft correspondence, and assist with generalfile and transaction management Support the coordination ofnational, multi-property transactions with attorneys and teammembers Manage scanning, file maintenance, mailings, and FedExshipments for assigned transactions This position is hybrid andbased out of the company’s Media, PA office, with flexibilitythroughout the week. Compensation is up to $90,000 annuallydepending on experience upon permanent hire.
