What You’ll Do As a Vehicle Title Clerk , you’ll be responsible for helping the residents of Pennsylvania with a variety of PennDOT transactions. With full training provided, your typical day may include: Processing motor vehicle and drivers license transactions Managing incoming phone calls and providing exceptional customer service Supporting our in-house insurance agents Waiting on customers at a retail counter setting Identifying opportunities to educate customers and refer them to additional services You’re a
