Commercial Title Reader – Remote One of the Northeast region’slargest Title Insurance Agencies has an immediate opening for aCommercial Title Reader to join their dynamic NY team! Are you atitle professional with deep knowledge of New York commercialtransactions? If you’ve spent years in the trenches of NY files,understand the nuances of complex commercial deals, and can spottitle issues a mile away, we’d like to hear from you! This is a NewYork Reader role – NY title experience is required. This is aremote (work-from-home) position! Key Responsibilities Dive intocommercial title searches with a focus on New York transactions.

Review legal documents, maps, surveys, and plats, resolvinginconsistencies and preparing bulletproof commitments. Draft,revise, and finalize clear and concise title commitments with allmatters of record. Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, realtors,and internal teams to move deals across the finish line. Use titleproduction software (SoftPro experience is a plus) to keep recordsupdated and accurate. Write compelling cover letters that summarizekey title issues. Be a go-to resource for our examination team onNY-specific title laws, standards, and best practices. Coordinatewith underwriting counsel as needed to support smooth, compliantclosings. Qualifications 3-5 years of commercial title experiencewith a clear focus on New York files (required). Confidence workingwith complex legal and title documents. Strong grasp of New Yorktitle insurance standards and underwriting guidelines. Ability tostay organized while juggling multiple files and deadlines. HighSchool Diploma. Associate or bachelor’s degree a plus. Aproblem-solving mindset and a passion for getting the detailsright. Salary Range:
