What You’ll Do:
As a Title Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring all vehicle title and registration paperwork is processed efficiently and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing new and used vehicle registrations in accordance with state regulations Submitting legal transfer documents to the DMV Maintaining and tracking outstanding title work Reporting missing or problematic titles to management Ensuring timely and compliant online registration submissions

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in a similar role Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with online vehicle registration systems Experience processing car deals, wholesale, dealer trades, and customer titles Ability to verify documentation and scan records accurately Problem-solving mindset and a team-oriented attitude Comfortable working under deadlines and resolving customer issues
