Responsibilities Process vehicle titles efficiently and accurately by verifying information, completing forms, and submitting to appropriate agencies. Maintain organized records of all title transactions and related documents. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve title-related issues. Stay updated on DMV regulations and requirements to ensure compliance in all title transactions. Perform accounting entries and adjusting entries to ensure fees are correct and/or corrected. Perform accounting entries to stock in all New and Used vehicle inventory. Requirements Prior experience in title processing or related administrative roles. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
