OFFICE ASSOCIATE – TITLE AGENT
YOUR ROLE In your role as our part-time Office Associate – Title Agent, you’ll process and prepare sales packets for the DMV and complete title information and paperwork for wholesale purchasers. You’ll enter purchases into our dealer management software, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping. Your attention to detail will shine as you maintain organized customer records, handle data entry tasks, and follow up on insurance notices received in the mail. You’ll be an integral part of our team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

This is a flexible part-time position, offering a great work-life balance. Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekends! Hours will vary week to week, giving you the flexibility you need.
