What You’ll Do Process vehicle titles: verify VINs, prepare transfer documents, and ensure accuracy Manage incoming calls and greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude Handle payments: cash, checks, credit card processing, and reconcile daily totals Maintain organized clerical records: filing, data entry, and report generation Provide top-notch customer service: answer questions, troubleshoot title delays, and guide clients through auction procedures What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of clerical experience; auto-industry or title-processing background a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent phone etiquette and customer-service skills Comfortable handling cash and reconciling payments Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database entry Ability to multitask in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment Why Join Us?
