Requirements:

Professional experience in aerial tree operations (bucket truck or climbing) Team leadership or crew management experience – must be able to lead a crew on job sites Solid knowledge of tree removal, pruning, rigging, and equipment safety Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required) Strong communication and decision-making skills Drug free

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating a grapple saw crane or working with crane-assisted removals ISA Certification or formal arborist training CDL license

Responsibilities:
