American Tree Solutions is seeking a proactive and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in tree service operations and a proven ability to accurately bid commercial jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new commercial accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring job profitability through accurate and strategic project pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively seek out and secure new commercial accounts, including property managers, HOAs, municipalities, and corporate clients. Conduct site visits and accurately assess the scope of work needed for tree removal, trimming, land clearing, and other tree-related services. Prepare and present competitive, profitable, and accurate bids for commercial projects. Estimate job costs including labor, equipment, materials, permits, and subcontractor expenses when necessary. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth job execution. Maintain detailed records of client communications, bids, project scopes, and follow-ups. Travel throughout Florida as needed to pursue leads, attend meetings, and oversee projects. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry practices, local regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the tree service industry with a strong understanding of how to price and bid jobs. Ability to assess trees and job sites accurately, including identifying equipment and subcontractor needs. Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel throughout Florida as required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
