Arborist 1st Priority Tree Service LLC Brooksville, FL 34604 Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Arborist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tree care and maintenance, with the ability to provide expert advice on tree health and safety. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure the well-being of trees in various environments. The Arborist will also engage in customer interactions, providing product demonstrations and promoting our services to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of trees to determine health, safety, and maintenance needs. Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal as necessary while adhering to safety standards. Provide expert advice to clients regarding tree care, pest management, and disease control. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on tree care products and services. Engage in retail sales activities, promoting our range of arboricultural products to customers. Manage customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Utilize technical sales skills to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Participate in outside sales efforts, including cold calling potential clients and generating leads for new business opportunities. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve service offerings and sales strategies. Requirements Proven experience as an Arborist or in a similar role within the landscaping or horticulture industry. Strong knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, diseases, pests, and proper care techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience in direct sales or territory sales is preferred; familiarity with lead generation techniques is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites. Certification as an Arborist (e.g., ISA Certified Arborist) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
