The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and landscape maintenance, with a strong understanding of horticulture and the ability to perform various tree-related tasks. This role involves working outdoors in various conditions, ensuring the health and safety of trees while enhancing the beauty of our clients’ landscapes. Responsibilities Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain tree health and aesthetics Operate bucket trucks safely for high-access tree care tasks Utilize rigging techniques for safe tree removal and maintenance Conduct thorough assessments of trees, identifying diseases, pests, and structural issues Implement GIS technology for mapping and managing tree inventories Provide expert advice on lawn care and landscape maintenance practices Collaborate with clients to develop tailored tree care plans Maintain equipment and tools used in tree care operations Experience Proven experience in tree care, including trimming, pruning, and removal Familiarity with landscaping techniques and lawn care practices Experience operating bucket trucks and performing bucket operations safely Knowledge of horticulture principles and growing practices Proficiency in using GIS technology for landscape management is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Join us in our commitment to preserving the beauty of nature while ensuring the safety and health of trees in our community.
