The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and health of landscapes, trees, and gardens. This role requires a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and the ability to operate specialized equipment. Groundsmen play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty of our environment while ensuring safety and quality in all tasks performed. Duties Assist in landscape maintenance, including planting, pruning, raking, stacking debris, chipping debris. Utilize various tools and techniques for effective garden management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Maintain equipment used in groundskeeping activities, ensuring it is safe and operational. Follow all safety protocols while working on-site to protect yourself and others. Experience Previous experience in tree care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred Knowledge of tree care practices and plant growth principles is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks. Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
