Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Utility Tree Trimmer, where you’ll deliver expert tree care services across client properties. You’ll lead and perform pruning, removals, inspections, and equipment operation-all while prioritizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. •

Key Responsibilities:

•Perform expert-level tree trimming, pruning, and removals per project specifications Inspect properties and identify hazards or maintenance needs Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other equipment Safely lead job sites and oversee crew operations Remove trees and brush impacting utility lines, roads, or structures Collaborate with managers to meet client expectations Conduct job-site inspections and plan safe execution of tasks Mentor and train new crew members on best practices

Qualifications:

•Valid Utility Tree Trimmer or Certified Utility Arborist credential, or equivalent experience 3+ years’ experience in rope & saddle and aerial lift operations Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions Proficiency with chainsaws, chippers, and aerial equipment Solid knowledge of tree/shrub identification and pruning techniques Strong commitment to team safety and professional growth Familiarity with industry safety standards Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL a plus)
