The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tree care, including trimming, equipment operation, and tree removals. This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and may require physical labor.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine tree trimming, pruning, and maintenance to promote health and growth.
• Operate various tree care equipment safely and effectively, including chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders.
• Assess tree health and structural integrity, making recommendations for treatment or removal as necessary.
• Execute tree removal operations, ensuring safety for both workers and surrounding property.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
• Educate clients on tree care, proper maintenance practices, and potential hazards.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Arborist or similar role with a focus on trimming and removals.
• Knowledge of tree species, care practices, and the environmental impact of tree work.
• Proficiency in operating tree care equipment and tools.
• Valid driver’s license; certifications (e.g., ISA Certified Arborist) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects, climb trees, and work at heights.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
