We are based out of Mansfield MO!!!! We service the surrounding towns and take jobs (so far) even as far as 100 miles from home base. We currently have jobs in Marshfield Springfield Mansfield Ava and Ash Grove. First things

First:

We need a real go getter! Someone not afraid to work hard and help build a business! I work 7 days a week currently because of the work load. 9 am to 9 pm sometimes even later/earlier!! I need someone M-F 7 to 8 hour days minimum. If you want more work we will discuss it. If you dont plan to show up on time 98% of the time and or call and let me know.

Job Description:

Arborist, Ground work, cutting & hauling wood in winter, tree care & trimming, power washing (To name a few)

Service Area :

We are located in Mansfield MO (45 mins east of Springfield! ) We go to Springfield and surrounding area within 100 miles generally (sometimes we go further) No experience needed but if you can run a chainsaw (and demonstrate) or other such equipment please let me know! Drag brush on & off trailers Rake an clean up messes from tree removals etc Work ropes for me as I am dropping limbs to the ground Cut wood / branches up Use hand tools and power tools as directed Organize tools and keep clean and sharpened as needed Keep work area cleaned up

Move quickly, turn bend lift efficiently without complaining every 30 seconds. Use initiative to keep working without me standing over you. Im not a babysitter ????

PAY :

1099!! $16-18/hr to start If you have legit experience and we see that after 15 to 30 days….well your looking at 20 an hour. For those who think this is not good enough…. well we reserve the right to see if your going to be worth more per hour before we pay you that! Also as soon as we can take more jobs in per week (because you’re providing that extra muscle for us to handle more jobs) then your pay will increase!
