Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Certified Arborist and lift operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a CMC lift to perform various tasks related to tree care, including removals, pruning, and cabling. Your expertise will contribute to the health and aesthetics of our clients’ properties while ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations. Responsibilities Tree pruning and removal using a lift. Operate a CMC lift. Lead the removal of trees. Guide and teach the crew what needs done on and around a job-site. Ensure crews deliver quality service to our clients. Maintain a safety mindset and OSHA compliance for the crew. Experience ISA Certified Arborist Positive leadership ability. Identify what team members do well, encourage growth, and provide helpful guidance. Ability and willingness to teach others. Ability to identify local plants and trees. Proven experience in operating lifts and performing tree care from a bucket are preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Optional Experience Climbing experience. The owner doesn’t climb, so won’t ask you to unless that’s your preference.
