Responsibilities:
Meet with Clients and maintain relationships with existing clients Thorough knowledge of Plant Health Care Practices Write proposals and enter into agreements with clients Follow up on-site recommendations Run leads and provide quotes for tree services Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
Additional Responsibilities:
Operational management: Managing day-to-day operations of branch. Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Managing budgets.
Staff Management:
Hiring, training and supervising staff. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback. Motivating and developing staff to achieve goals.
Customer service:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Communication and collaboration:
Communicating effectively with staff and customers. Working with the General Manager and other upper management to exceed goals and expectations. Help implement policies and procedures.
Preferred Skills:
