Tree Climber Monster Tree Service of Knoxville 209 Hayfield Road, Knoxville, TN 37922 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Climber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and landscape maintenance, with the ability to work at heights safely and efficiently. As a Tree Climber, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and aesthetics of trees while ensuring safety standards are met. Duties Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate techniques and equipment. Operate bucket trucks and other rigging equipment safely to access high branches. Conduct inspections of trees to assess their health and identify any potential hazards. Utilize GIS technology for mapping and planning tree care activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective landscape maintenance practices. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding tree care needs. Experience Previous experience in tree care or landscape maintenance is preferred. Proficiency in operating bucket trucks and rigging equipment is highly desirable. Familiarity with GIS technology for planning and executing tree care tasks is a plus. Knowledge of lawn care, gardening, and general landscape practices will be beneficial. A strong commitment to safety practices while working at heights is essential.
