Golf Grounds Worker 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 20050 Oak Rd E, Gulf Shores, AL 36542 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Golf Grounds Worker to join our team. No prior experience is necessary—we are willing to provide training to the right candidate. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the golf course, including mowing, trimming, and ensuring the course is in excellent condition for players.
Responsibilities:
Mow and trim greens, fairways, and surrounding areas Maintain bunkers, shrubbery, and landscaping Assist with watering and fertilizing as needed Perform routine cleaning and debris removal Follow safety guidelines and best practices Support team in other groundskeeping tasks as directed
Qualifications:
Willingness to learn and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team No prior experience necessary—training will be provided
