Indoor Horticulturist John Mini Distinctive Landscapes – 3.1 Stamford, CT Job Details Full-time $18 – $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer service Mid-level Landscaping Horticulture Full Job Description Want to make places beautiful? Our Indoor Horticulturists meticulously care for tropical plantscapes throughout businesses, shopping centers, hotels and residential buildings. These landscapes vary from living walls, atriums, containerized plantings, and seasonal designs. This territory serves clients throughout Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk, Shelton, Redding, and Westchester County. Use of a personal vehicle is a must, though we reimburse for mileage/tolls! The Horticulturist exudes passion for the green industry, and will apply their knowledge and expertise to ensuring best plant care practices are implemented (watering, pruning, plant health ID). This individual should enjoy working independently. Friendly, courteous customer service skills are a must! 1-3 years experience with plant care, gardening, or general landscaping is preferred. An educational background in plant science, interior-scape, horticulture, or environmental sciences is encouraged!
