This position involves working in various environments such as small and large offices, commercial buildings, and occasional outdoor landscapes. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the health and growth of plants while utilizing a variety of horticultural practices and techniques. Duties Assist in the preparation, delivery, and installation of plants. Monitor plant health and implement appropriate care techniques including watering, fertilization, and pest management. Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment used in gardening and landscaping tasks Transportation of supplies in company vehicles. Collaborate with others to provide excellent customer relationships Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency Skills Knowledge of horticultural practices related to interior plants. Will train right candidate. Proficiency in using hand tools for planting, pruning, and maintaining plants. Strong attention to detail to monitor plant health and identify issues promptly. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
