Perform manual labor.Workers will harvest, cut, pick, field pack and load watermelons underextreme weather conditions under the Arkansas sun. Loading a busefficiently may take up to 30-40 minutes. Use hand told like shear andknives proficiently for assigned tasks. Load and unload stakes,harvested products and materials. Duties also include tying, loading,and unloading stakes, cleaning, loading, and unloading harvestedproducts. Duties will also include operating a forklift, assistingmechanics, and pulling weeds tasks in challenging outdoorconditions.
Vegetables:
Workers will participate in various agricultural tasks suchas shoveling, hauling, laying plastic, tying tomatoes, pulling plastic,clean up, driving tractor and driving within in the farm setting. Engagein manual planting, cultivation and harvesting of vegetables and fieldcrops.Utilize a range of hand tools for tiling soil, thinning and pruning, andweeding activities. Assist in irrigation maintenance and repairendeavors. Contribute to fencing and farm building repairs as required.
