Interested applicants should report to any State Workforce Agency (SWA) career center for help in contacting the employer. Referral by a career center provides program guarantees and protections that may not be available to a worker not referred. Workers must have valid identification for I-9 preparation when they report to the employer location to begin work. The employer may use the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services E-Verify Program to verify employment eligibility. C. Workers referred to this job by a SWA should report to a career center between 5 and 9 work days before the job start date to verify the job start date is the same. Job Offer:
We will plow, plant, haul and harvest, the following crops including sod, corn, green beans and a Spring/Fall peanuts. We need seasonal employees to operate
Tractor/Trailer Semis to assist with the upcoming year. Employees will need to drive farm trucks to haul the commodity from our fields to the farm, storage bins and/or
mills. Operate equipment in storage bins, such as forklift. Assist with grain corn, silage harvest and hay hauling. Use power equipment including but not limited to
tractors of various horsepower, mowers, plows, excavation equipment, power shears, high lifts, skid loaders, UTV. Service farm machinery, engines, trucks, and trailers
make in-field repairs. service/repairs include but is not limited to: fueling, changing filters, inspecting for wear and/or failure, lubricating grease points, inspecting and
maintaining fluid levels, tire air pressures, belt and conveyer chain tensions, radiator and filter function, and brake performance, removing and replacing tires, wheels,
bearings, belts, wear parts, filters, brake shoes, wheel seals, suspension parts, lights and lenses and chain or chain links. Lift, carry, and load/unload products or
supplies. Assist with farm shop/ field maintenance and repairs. All workers will be responsible for picking up trash, cleaning equipment, mowing grass, delivering, and
receiving goods and supplies, sweeping floors and other farm sanitation duties. Employees will need to do routine maintenance and repairs to equipment/truck. Powerwash
trucks, combine machines, and dump carts. Work is done in the field sometimes for long periods of time, this is to ensure the crop is cared for, harvested, and
delivered in a timely manner. Must operate agricultural equipment safely, with or without direction. Workers must obey all safety rules and basic instructions and be
able to recognize, understand and comply with safety. Employer will instruct workers in the safety and operation of equipment before use. Workers must operate
equipment in a manner that protects the operator, other workers, products, and equipment.
Pay:
Florida Adverse Effect Wage Rate (AEWR) – $16.23 per hour ¾ Guarantee is in effect.

None Pay is: Weekly Employer provides tools/equipment.
Withholding:
Federal Income Tax, Social Security and Medicare, and any deductions agreed to by the worker in writing. Work rules will be found in the Clearance Order. E. Contract period is March 23, 2025 to November 30, 2025.
Hours:
40 hours per week
Days/Hours:
Monday thru Friday 8 hours per day. Work may be offered but not required on Sundays and holidays. Extra work hours may be offered based on weather and other conditions. F. Employer will refund workers living outside commuting distance the reasonable transportation and subsistence costs to report for the first day of work on the 50% date. Will provide workers who complete the contract period the reasonable cost of transportation and subsistence to return to place of recruitment or to report to the next H-2A job. G. Housing and Board.
Housing:
Will provide free housing for workers who arrive from outside daily commuting distance. Family housing is not available. Meals (Board): The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities and space for food
preparation, as well as the necessary equipment, appliances (including refrigeration),cooking
accessories, and dish washing facilities (e.g., adequate sinks with hot and cold water under
pressure) that are in working condition and will be used by workers to sufficiently prepare three
(3) meals a day. Employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where
they can purchase groceries and/or other incidentals. Housing meets the requirements of Federal, State and Local regulations. Rules regarding living accommodations will be found in the Clearance Order. Transportation provided by the employer meets the requirements of Federal, State and Local regulations. H. Prohibition against preferential treatment of aliens: The employer’s job offer must offer to U.S. workers no less than the same benefits, wages, and working conditions that the employer is offering, intends to offer, or will provide to H-2A workers. Job offers may not impose on U.S. workers any restrictions or obligations that will not be imposed on the employer’s H-2A workers. This does not relieve the employer from providing to H-2A workers at least the same level of minimum benefits, wages, and working conditions which must be offered to U.S. workers. I.
