What Makes the Job Great Competitive salary Great company culture Advancement opportunities What You’ll Be Doing The Irrigation Installer installs, maintains, and repairs traditional and 2-wire irrigation systems for commercial properties and HOAs, including sprinklers, drip lines, valves, and controllers The Irrigation Installer conducts regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify and address issues such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctions Programs irrigation controllers to optimize watering schedules based on plant needs, weather conditions, and water conservation principles The Irrigation Installer collaborates with landscaping teams to ensure proper integration of irrigation systems with planting designs and hardscapes The Irrigation Installer troubleshoots and diagnoses complex irrigation problems, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner Maintains accurate records of irrigation installations, repairs, and maintenance activities as an Irrigation Installer The Irrigation Installer provides guidance and recommendations to clients on water-efficient irrigation practices and system upgrades Works closely with team members to ensure the Irrigation Installer role supports overall landscape goals As an Irrigation Installer , you will help ensure client satisfaction through high-quality service The Irrigation Installer must be able to adapt to various system layouts and client requirements The Irrigation Installer will be responsible for inspecting all installations to ensure compliance and efficiency Reports and updates on system status and maintenance as part of daily Irrigation Installer duties Assists in training new hires in Irrigation Installer procedures and company standards Participates in safety meetings and ongoing education relevant to the Irrigation Installer position Represents the company professionally at all times in the Irrigation Installer role Who We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED equivalent Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record Prior experience in irrigation systems for large commercial and HOA accounts required Knowledge and experience with installing and repairing 2-wire systems required Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite) Ability to multitask; well organized Positive attitude and energetic Ability to anticipate customer needs Self-starter and motivated to learn and grow What You Can Expect $20.00
