A growing demand for commercial irrigation repairs and installation is requiring the company to seek motivated and responsible individuals with irrigation or construction experience. Anyone interested in learning the trade and growing in the industry is encouraged to apply. A valid drivers license is a must. ## Responsibilities

• Keep work truck clean and track routine maintenance.
• Track inventory on truck and keep it properly stocked.
• Follow all safety procedures and notify supervisor of any unsafe conditions.
• Completely and accurately fill out all necessary paperwork at the end of the day
• Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures and SOPs
• Proficient in or able to learn CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
• Able to identify 811 locates and proceed accordingly. ## Requirements
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Must be insurable on company’s insurance policy
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Have a clean criminal record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. without assistance
• Have full range of motion in upper and lower body
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions, including high temperatures and humidity
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with cell phone apps and willing to learn new ones, including E-Serv and Company Connect.
