• Paid Weekly employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Irrigation Technician We are looking for a dependable and motivated Irrigation Laborer / Technician to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems on commercial and residential properties.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, has some mechanical aptitude, and is eager to learn more about irrigation systems and water management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with installing new irrigation systems (trenches, piping, sprinkler heads, valves, etc.)
• Help repair and maintain existing irrigation systems, including digging, replacing parts, and resealing lines
• Load and unload tools and materials at job sites
• Use hand tools, shovels, trenchers, and pipe cutters as needed
• Perform basic inspections of irrigation lines and components to check for leaks or damage
• Clean and organize work areas and ensure all equipment is put away properly
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and complete jobs efficiently

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, dig trenches, and perform other physically demanding tasks
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required Principals only.
