Job Description
Equipment Operator Full-Time, Monday – Friday, Various Shifts Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment. The Horticulture Department requires team-oriented members who are quality-driven and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn all aspects of the horticulture world and how it works here at Golden Ocala. Additionally, we require a strong work ethic, both as a team and individually. The ability to communicate well with others and take direction is a must. Mutual respect between team members is essential in developing a strong program. The Horticulture team works 40 hours weekly with occasional Saturday assignments based on club requirements.
