Responsibilities Install and maintain irrigation systems, including drip lines, sprinkler systems, and pumps. Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of irrigation equipment. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to irrigation systems. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for installation and repairs. Dig trenches for irrigation lines and build necessary structures to support the irrigation system. Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to coordinate watering schedules and optimize water usage. Maintain accurate records of irrigation system installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Educate clients on proper irrigation practices and system operation. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems and equipment. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Ability to dig trenches, build structures, and perform physical tasks associated with irrigation installation. Knowledge of gardening practices is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
