North Orange Blossom Trail near Clarcona Ocoee Rd compensation: Starting pay up to $25 experience dependent employment type: job title: Irrigation Technician Quality Irrigation is actively seeking a full-time Technician to grow and expand with us in a smoke free working environment. This Technician position requires at least (2) years of field experience and must speak fluent English. Starting pay, up to $25 per hour, is negotiable and dependent on your experience level. Must be able to commute to the yard every day located in the North Pine Hills area. Please consider your home address and this commute before applying. DO NOT apply unless you absolutely have Irrigation field working experience, live close to North Pine Hills area and can speak fluent English. Also, MUST have your own vehicle, a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. You will be expected to report sharply to the company yard located in the Clarcona/Ocoee area at the start of every work day at a designated time. A company field truck may be made available to you AFTER completing all waiting periods and training. This company truck will remain in the yard during non-working hours and is not to be driven home or used for your daily commute from home to the yard. This Technician will be responsible for independently performing maintenance inspections which include: troubleshooting irrigation electrical systems, locating valves, rebuild or replace valves, repair pipe breaks of all sizes up to 3″ and all other miscellaneous head replacements . We do not install new irrigation systems, only service and repair existing systems. Also, you must be able to correctly submit a report for all jobs. Bring please to the table an open mind to learn and repair irrigation systems professionally, as instructed regardless of what you already know. We provide ongoing maintenance service to our Clients on a rotating schedule for both residential and commercial properties Applicant must have:

• The stamina to work outdoors in the elements. This is job in it’s entirely will be working outdoors.
• Your own vehicle, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• The minimum of 2 years of landscaping irrigation repair experience with an eagerness to learn more.
• The willingness and the ability to follow Company maintenance protocols.
• The basic knowledge of pipe sizing, fittings, nozzle size/design and the understanding of the basics of irrigation design.
• The ability to inspect properties, generate and email detailed work orders to insure the proper service and work flow processes.
• Attention to job detail with an eye for safety hazards.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to work alone and as a team.
• Strong language and communication skills as a team and with Clients.
• The ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial / residential irrigation systems.
• A strong work ethic / self-starter / able to work independently.
• The ability to prioritize and multitask.

Benefit Conditions:

• Only full-time employees eligible.
• (40) hours work week w/minimal overtime.
• Generally, no weekends worked except for an occasional Saturday, not exceeding (1) Saturday every (3) months.
• Vacation time after (6) months of full time employment.
• 401K company matched up to 3% after (3) months full time employment.
• Company truck provided with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• All new employees will have a performance evaluation after (30) days and again after (90) days.
