Job Overview:

We’re seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join a field crew responsible for vegetation management in Florida’s natural wetland environments. Work involves cutting, clearing, and applying chemical treatments in swampy and remote areas of Palm Beach County.

Job Duties Include:

Working outdoors in swampy and Everglade-like terrain Using machetes and hand tools to cut and remove overgrowth Spraying herbicides and chemical treatments (with safety training provided) Operating as part of a team under the direction of a field supervisor Enduring hot weather, biting insects, and wildlife (mosquitoes, snakes, and alligators may be present)

Ideal Candidates:

Comfortable in nature and high-heat environments Physically able to perform strenuous outdoor labor Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn Able to work 10-hour days in rugged conditions Spanish and Creole speakers encouraged to apply

Additional Info:
