The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and lawn care. This role involves hands-on tasks that contribute to the beautification and upkeep of various landscapes, gardens, and outdoor spaces. The Landscape Technician will work with both hand tools and power tools to ensure high-quality results in landscaping projects. Duties Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, and associated piping. Conduct thorough system diagnostics to identify and resolve irrigation issues in a timely and effective manner. Adjust and calibrate irrigation systems to optimize water usage, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local water conservation regulations. Conduct routine inspections of irrigation systems to identify wear, malfunctions, or inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Provide clients with expert guidance on irrigation system operation, water conservation best practices, and maintenance schedules. Accurately document service calls, repairs, parts used, and system modifications to maintain comprehensive records. Uphold safety standards on all job sites and ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company protocols and industry regulations. Collaborate effectively with other team members and management to ensure timely project completion and client satisfaction. Requirements In-depth knowledge of irrigation systems, including sprinkler and drip irrigation, controllers, valves, and troubleshooting techniques. Proficient in reading and interpreting irrigation system designs, blueprints, and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing efficient and sustainable solutions. Superior customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is reccomended but not required
