Role:
As an Irrigation Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems for a variety of clients. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems. Dig trenches, lay pipes, and install sprinkler heads. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems. Perform routine maintenance and winterization of irrigation systems. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with other landscaping tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Some irrigation installation experience preferred. Experience with 2-wire systems is required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (including Florida heat and humidity). Must be able to kneel, stand, dig, walk, and carry at least 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Driver’s License:
Ability to drive and maneuver trucks/trailers is essential.
Skills:
Strong physical stamina and endurance. Ability to read and interpret plans and schematics. Knowledge of irrigation components and systems. Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
