Role:
We are actively seeking a Certified Irrigation Specialist with strong landscaping experience to float across multiple residential and multifamily properties. This hands-on role involves maintaining, repairing, and installing irrigation systems, while supporting general landscaping and mentoring onsite technicians. You’ll help keep our communities green, beautiful, and operating efficiently!
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, repair, and maintain irrigation systems (sprinkler, drip, smart systems) Install or retrofit irrigation systems to meet site-specific needs Diagnose leaks, controller issues, and faulty components Train site teams and support technicians with irrigation troubleshooting Float between properties and fill in where support is needed most Assist with mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and debris cleanup Ensure compliance with water usage and local regulations Keep clear maintenance logs and communicate with property managers ✅
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in irrigation system repair, maintenance, and installation Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) or equivalent state license (Required) Solid knowledge of landscaping equipment and plant health Ability to lead, train, and support field crews on best practices Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather Why Join Us?
