Attention to detail, good organizational skills and cleanliness are musts for this position. You don’t need to be perfect in these areas, just willing to embrace these ideas and learn these skills. You must be able to follow a detailed list of instructions. Our work is highly creative and very detailed. We frequently encounter wildlife during the course of our day, including venomous varieties. Heat, cold, and dirt are always part of the experience. Pay Structure We offer tiered pay based on your experience and skill level: Level 1•Entry Level No prior experience required

Pay:

$12.00•$15.00/hour Level 2•Some Experience Basic experience with construction, landscaping, running small engines, hand tools, or planting

Pay:

$16.00•$19.00/hour Level 3•Experienced Includes Level 2 qualifications plus experience operating skid steers, excavators, or zero-turn mowers

Pay:
