We’re looking for energetic, reliable farm hands to join our tight-knit team part-time — just 4 hours a day — and help us keep things thriving. If you love working outdoors, don’t mind getting your hands dirty, and believe hard work should feel good, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do Get your hands in the dirt planting, tending, and harvesting fresh crops. Help maintain our greenhouses and high tunnels to keep plants happy and healthy. Feed and care for our animals — because they’re family too. Operate and maintain tractors, tools, and other equipment (and learn new skills along the way!). Pitch in on repairs, improvements, and creative projects — there’s always something new. Work safely and support your teammates — we look out for each other here. What We’re Looking For Farm experience is great, but not required — we train people who bring the right attitude! Comfortable lifting 50-75 lbs and working in all weather — rain or shine. Handy with tools or willing to learn. Problem-solver with a strong work ethic. Respectful, dependable team player who loves animals and plants. Must show up ready to work and ready to learn.
