Job Description To trim all bones and fat from breast fillet to meet customer specifications. Required breast to trim per minute is 10 Qualifications
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift and climb.
Must have good communication skills, both written and oral
Must be able to work weekends and overtime
Must be able to work in a controlled environment (i.e. hot and cold).
